Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are 18 years old or older, (b) reside in the United States, and (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsoring company, Kenny’s Candy & Confections, Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway will run from February 25, 2026 through March 24, 2026.
3. Maximum Entries: Participants may enter the giveaway with 1 entry per person per day.
4. Prizes: 3 participants will be chosen at random to win 1 of the 3 Sweet Seat Fan Experiences, as detailed above.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within one week from the giveaway closing date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification and Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing.
7. Taxes and Expenses: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release Kenny’s Candy & Confections, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize.
9. General Conditions: Kenny’s Candy & Confections, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in whole or in part without notice in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
