Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are 18 years old or older, (b) reside in the United States, and (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsoring company, Kenny’s Candy & Confections, Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Period: The week 1 giveaway will run from July 24, 2024 through July 31, 2024.
  3. Maximum Entries: Participants may enter the giveaway one time.
  4. Prizes: 1 participant will win a custom Wiley hat from The Elevated Brim Co. and one month of Wiley Wallaby Candies. 100 additional entrants will receive a Wiley Wallaby coupon valued at $3.99.
  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within one week from the giveaway closing date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  6. Notification & Claiming Prizes: 1 winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing. Those receiving a coupon will receive the coupon in the mail. Winnings will be sent to the address provided in the entry form.
  7. Taxes and Expenses: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release Kenny’s Candy & Confections, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize.
  9. General Conditions: Kenny’s Candy & Confections, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in whole or in part without notice in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
